Welcome to BlueGym. By accessing our facilities or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Official Membership Agreement — v1.0
Effective 2026-04-16.
By ticking the consent box at signup, you accept the 8 clauses below as a binding contract between you and BlueGym Pte Ltd. This Agreement sets out your rights to use BlueGym’s facilities and services, and your obligations as a member, including the payment of membership fees.
1. Refundable Deposit
A $100 refundable deposit will be collected upon joining. It will be returned in full upon cancellation, provided all outstanding dues have been paid.
2. Payment Obligations
You agree to fulfil all membership payment obligations. If fees are not paid, the Club may engage third-party services, such as debt collection agencies or law firms, to recover outstanding amounts and may recover reasonable costs incurred in the process.
3. Health & Safety
By using the Facilities and Services, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to exercise. Members should exercise responsibly and consult a medical professional if unsure about their ability to exercise safely. The Club is not liable for injuries or losses that occur if these guidelines are not followed.
4. Guest Access and Trespassing
Guests are allowed only during designated per-entry visit hours and must pay the applicable per-entry fee. Unauthorized entry, including outside per-entry visit hours, is considered trespassing and may result in a $50 penalty, suspension or cancellation of membership, liability for any outstanding fees, and may be reported to the police.
5. Prohibition of Commercial Activity
Members may not conduct business or commercial activities in the Club, including offering training or services to others. Violations may result in the cancellation of membership and full payment of any outstanding fees.
6. Contact Information
You confirm that your particulars are accurate. You agree to promptly notify the Club of any changes to your phone number, email address, or bank account.
7. Cancellation, Transfer, and Freeze
- Membership cannot be cancelled during the term except in extraordinary circumstances, with written notice, supporting documentation, and the Club’s approval. Penalty fees may apply.
- Membership may be transferred to another person for a $50 fee per transfer.
- Membership may be frozen only for overseas study or business trips of 2 weeks or more, with supporting documentation and the Club’s approval.
8. Automatic Renewal
Membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after the initial term. Renewal fees will be charged to your registered payment method. You may cancel the renewal by providing 30 days’ written notice, counted from the next billing date. Members will receive confirmation of cancellation upon processing. In the event of failed payment, the Club may suspend or terminate membership.

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all gym rules and regulations
2. Membership Types
Membership Plans
We offer the following plans:
- Per Entry. Pay only on days you visit, billed monthly.
- Monthly Membership. Unlimited access during all operating hours, available at all BlueGym outlets.
- Weekend. Friday 7 PM to Sunday 11:59 PM, available at Pelikat and CCK only.

3. Gym Rules and Conduct
All members must:
- Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear
- Wipe down equipment after use
- Return weights and equipment to designated areas
- Respect other members and staff
- Not photograph or video record other members without consent

Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours will result in immediate membership termination without refund:
- Harassment or intimidation of members or staff
- Use of prohibited substances on premises
- Damage to gym property
- Sharing membership access with non-members
- Any illegal activity
4. Check-in Requirements
Members must check in upon each visit using one of the following methods:
- Facial recognition (if registered)
- Member ID verification
- QR code scan (if available)
Failure to check in may result in denial of entry.
5. Liability
BlueGym is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
We recommend not bringing items of significant value to the gym.
6. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through HitPay
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable
7. Cancellation
See Membership Agreement clauses 7 and 8 above for cancellation, transfer, freeze, and automatic renewal terms.
8. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through your account settings. For data retention and biometric deletion rules, see Privacy Policy ยง4 Data Retention.
9. Modifications to Terms
BlueGym reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notice at our facilities. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
